Stop by the CNPS San Diego booth at Love Your Wetlands Day 2025, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year! This family-friendly event, hosted by UC San Diego’s Natural Reserve System in partnership with the San Diego Bird Alliance, City of San Diego Parks and Recreation, and Tijuana River National Estuarine Research Reserve, highlights the importance of wetlands and how they support local biodiversity.
Explore activities such as guided marsh tours, birding, native planting, cultural activities with Indigenous leaders, and educational presentations from local experts. It’s a unique opportunity to discover how native plants and wetlands play a vital role in creating healthy ecosystems, even in urban environments.
Join Our Team!
Help us greet attendees at our booth and share why native plants matter. No expertise is needed—just bring a friendly attitude! Expert staff will be available to answer questions. To volunteer, email: publicoutreach@cnpssd.org.
