Join us for a virtual workshop on growing California native plants from seed to soil. Patricia Simpson will cover the essentials: seed collection, preparation, sowing, cuttings, transplanting, and watering. Patricia leads plant propagation and habitat restoration at Cabrillo National Monument and brings years of hands-on experience.

Opening Photo Slideshow (6:30 PM)

Let’s start the evening together by celebrating what we all love most: our favorite California native plants. We will open with a short slideshow of photos shared by you — then dive into the propagation workshop with Patricia.
