TERRAIN: Steep trails & risk of rattlesnakes. Bring water, shade / sunscreen, and suitable attire.
Cancellation if forecast over 90F or inclement weather.
Workshop includes ethical collection of common native floral species and identification techniques led by Justin Daniel. All collections will be returned to Open Space Rangers for use in the Tecolote Nature Center Native Nursery for restoration and landscape purposes. High summer focuses on some trees, most shrubs and herbs, and canyon geophytes.
